Dedicated Management Interface
In order to maintain the Office Light Anywhere system, there is no need for the SharePoint application and there is no need to hire expensive personnel. The structure and hierarchy of the system, as well as creating and deleting websites, changing names, etc., can be controlled using the management interface.
Filing from Office & Outlook
Because a large part of the work carried out by the workers is executed in the Office suite, (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Office Light Anywhere allows filing from the Office screens and, by means of this capability, enables quick and easy operation without fundamental change in the conventional work process of the users.
Searching
Side Navigation Pane
Searching is one of the most important tools in organization-wide document management. The ability to locate a relevant document from amongst all the similar documents stored in that same system, is indispensable.
The vertical navigation pane allows the user to navigate to all the pages in the website from the second navigation level to the fourth navigation level. As the default, the pane incorporates the main headings of each selected category.
The “Worlds of Content” will be incorporated in the navigation pane. In practice, this is a set of categories that filter the content stored in the system. Selecting a particular “World of Content” will filter all the documents displayed under the selected level in the navigation pane, and will display only the relevant documents.
